Registration for the ep 5k won't start until September 13th, but you can start training now! If you are new to the sport, 5ks can be great introduction to the racing world. Or if you are an experienced marathoner looking to do some speedwork, the 5k might be the perfect fit for you. Either way, our coaching services and training guides will prepare you for any distance ranging from the 5k through the half marathon.
