The content of your workouts will not change. We are just making the workout descriptions easier to understand. The new format contains an outline that reads like a cookbook and simplifies the times you need to run. Less thinking, more running! Your workout descriptions will change in 3 places:

Nike+ is Here! Time to Sync Your runcoach Training Log!Written by Kate Oneill Tenforde August 07, 2012FAQ – How do I sync my runcoach training log with Nike+? We recently integrated with Nike+ to make it even easier for you to keep your training log up to date. Remember the runcoach workout engine relies on your training log to keep you training at the right level for your goal. Now you can upload your training data from your, Nike+ shoe app, iPhone or iPod to track mileage, paces, and progress! Here’s how to get started:
2. Hover over Options 4. Enter your Nike+ username and password
5. Now that you have synced with Nike+, you can add your notes regarding hours of sleep, heart rate, and other information. Be sure to click Save/Done when you are finished.
